I just wanted to write to you and say thank you for the wonderful job you did on my dura-ceramic floor in what is soon to be our new office space. This is the second job we have had A Gallery of Floors do but this is the first really big one. Our experiences have never been anything but positive for the staff and owners.

A special thanks goes to Boni who took the time to listen to what I wanted, the needs like heavy traffic, easy to clean and because of the big space, I wanted to incorporate a pattern, as well as answer any questions I had.

I gave Boni some pattern samples I had found, which used more than one colour. Boni came up with one that would use 2 colours and with paint swatches we found the perfect colours. I am a visual person and like to see what it might look like. I had a question with the placement of light and dark tiles and which should go where. Boni took the time and mapped out our space on graph paper and pencil coloured in what would be dark. As simple as this was…it gave me the visual I needed to convince me this was the right way to go.

So, thank you! I enjoy it every time I am in there and we will certainly book you again in the future for any other projects we may have!
